This merger, two years after Dentons' combination with LuatViet, marks a significant step in consolidating Dentons LuatViet's position as a key player in the Vietnamese legal market, with operations in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

EPLegal offers comprehensive legal services to both local and international clients, specialising in energy and infrastructure, cross-border commercial transactions and investment, shipping and aviation, project financing, and dispute resolution across various industries. The firm is highly regarded, featuring in Legal 500, Chambers, Benchmark Litigation Asia, Asialaw, IFLR1000, and other esteemed publications.

Joining Dentons LuatViet are EPLegal’s founder Tony Nguyen and managing partner Annie Ngo, along with their experienced professional team. They will integrate into Dentons LuatViet’s offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
