Hoiana Resort & Golf and the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed a strategic partnership agreement on June 8.

Hoiana Resort & Golf and the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KoCHAM) have made a significant step forward in their mutual friendship, along with its member companies, aiming to promote the destination, offer special incentives, and enhance connectivity between Hoiana and Korean businesses.

This agreement opens up promising prospects for Hoiana to draw in more tourists from Korea, with a focus on high-end leisure, meetings industry, and golf tourism.

At the ceremony, Steven Wolstenholme, chairman and CEO of Hoiana said, “Korea is one of Hoiana's largest international markets. Therefore, this strategic partnership agreement is extremely significant for Hoiana. We hope that with KoCHAM's support, Hoiana can reach deeper into the Korean tourism market, introducing and attracting more Korean tourists to Quang Nam and Hoiana in particular."

According to the agreement, KoCHAM will support the promotion of the destination, Hoiana's special incentive policies, and strengthen the connection between Hoiana and Korean businesses.

In return, Hoiana is committed to providing the best support to KoCHAM and its member companies. Hoiana also signed cooperation agreements with several member companies at the ceremony to ensure preferential resort policies in the near future for these entities.

Featuring four international 5-star hotels, a golf course ranked among the top 100 best golf courses in the world, a diverse range of restaurants, and a modern 24-hour entertainment complex, Hoiana is an attractive destination for international tourists, especially Korean tourists. In 2023 alone, Hoiana welcomed approximately 33,000 Korean visitors, accounting for one-third of its total visitors, demonstrating the significant potential of this market.

Hong Sun, chairman of KoCHAM North said, "Hoiana's commitment to providing world-class travel experiences and continuously enhancing service quality is the solid foundation for this bilateral relationship. In the future, they will work closely to implement destination promotion activities, major events, and various other collaborative efforts to maximise the potential of both entities."
