Speaking at the ceremony, Sergey Nam, general director of Kusto Home, said that BIDV is considered a strategic partner for Kusto Home.

"By the end of 2021, BIDV continued to be the commercial bank with the largest total assets in the system with $1.76 quadrillion," Nam said.

By establishing this long-term strategic partnership, Kusto Home has once again confirmed the outstanding strength of its management team and its ability to develop projects, Nam added.

Besides bringing optimal financial solutions to customers, the signing ceremony between Kusto Home and BIDV also marks a new journey in the strategic cooperation between the two sides.

The event is a testament to Kusto Home's long-term vision and strategy on the journey of creating more value and outstanding living experiences in the Vietnamese market.

Urban Green is the latest project of Kusto Home located in Thu Duc city, next to National Way 13, only 15 minutes away from the CBD of Ho Chi Minh City, and 500 metres from two stations on the Metro 3B.

The project inherits the resort-home model from Diamond Island, which has created a new standard of luxury living experience for the real estate market in the city.

Urban Green will bring Bauhaus architecture to optimise aesthetics and functionality. It provides an outstanding living experience with more than 60 high-class amenities and plentiful green spaces.

Urban Green's first tower, The Bliss, was introduced in April and was well received by the market. The remaining tower of the project called The Aster will bring only 177 apartments with a collection of interior designs inspired by the beauty of nature and include private amenities such as a yoga and gym room, a sky lounge, and a BioDesign swimming pool with technology from Italy.

Currently, Urban Green is collaborating with BIDV to provide attractive payment schemes with 70 per cent loan support and a grace period until the handing over of the apartment.
