LA Home - a dream urban living area

Invest Global 08:47 30/06/2025

The LA Home eco-township and its flagship River Park subdivision have emerged as a golden location in the heart of a dynamic development centre.

As land in core urban areas becomes increasingly limited and transport infrastructure improves, the western region of Ho Chi Minh City, especially Long An province, is rising as a new growth engine, unlocking vast potential for industrial and urban expansion.

As of May, Long An has attracted 69 new projects, an 89 per cent increase on-year, including 53 foreign-invested projects (up 51 per cent), bringing the total to over 2,050 projects. Among those are more than 1,070 foreign-led projects with total investment exceeding $7.3 billion. This reflects a quantitative surge and a qualitative transformation in the region’s industrial sector.

Beyond attracting capital, Long An is shifting its development model from traditional industrial parks (IPs) to eco-industrial zones, high-tech parks, and logistics hubs. The province has approved the Long An Economic Zone Master Plan, covering 12,900 hectares in Can Giuoc and Can Duoc districts, aiming to become a regional trade and innovation hub. At the same time, industrial infrastructure is being expanded with 37 IPs established, 26 of which are investment-ready, and over 700ha of clean land awaiting development.

With clear development orientation, increasing capital absorption capacity, and a strategic position at the gateway between Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta, Long An is fast becoming a central logistics hub. The ongoing administrative boundary merger continues to create fresh momentum, transitioning the area into a new-generation industrial and logistics hub.

However, to attract high-quality and sustainable investment flows, Long An must concurrently address major challenges, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance, infrastructure, support ecosystems, and especially residential space for a rapidly growing workforce.

Adjacent to the LA Home eco-township lies the 400ha Prodezi Eco-centric Industrial Park, one of the region’s first large-scale eco-industrial zones, designed and constructed to meet both Vietnamese and international ecological standards.

It prioritises renewable energy use, advanced wastewater treatment technology, and the circular economy model throughout its industrial production chain.

The investor, Prodezi, has partnered with Chitose Group, one of Japan’s leading technology firms specialising in advanced wastewater treatment, to convert wastewater and sludge into water and organic fertiliser, meeting safety standards for use in landscapes and organic farms throughout the complex.

With its sustainable green development strategy, the Prodezi Industrial Park is evolving into a modern industrial zone and a sustainable ecosystem where business and the environment coexist in harmony.

This redefines the industrial landscape of west Ho Chi Minh City, attracting high-quality investments and facilitating the emergence of a new residential community with a clear expectation for a modern, comfortable living environment supported by robust infrastructure.

Catching the rising demand for quality housing in the western region of Ho Chi Minh City, Prodezi and developer Huong Viet Holdings launched the 100ha LA Home eco-township in 2024. Following the success of the first phase, LA Sol, River Park subdivision has been officially introduced to the market.

River Park benefits from a “stream of opportunities” thanks to its prime frontage along Luong Hoa - Binh Chanh Boulevard, connecting to Ho Chi Minh City in just five minutes. As a gateway between Ho Chi Minh City and the southwest, River Park enjoys connectivity advantages from major infrastructure such as the Trung Luong Expressway, Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway, and ring roads 3 and 4.

Located across from the Prodezi Eco-centric Industrial Park and adjacent to major IPs, River Park plays a central role in the industrial shift, leading the “stream of settlement” for experts, engineers, and skilled workers.

The “stream of knowledge” is nurtured through a network of high-quality educational amenities, including international-standard inter-level schools.

In addition, a comprehensive living ecosystem is already in place, featuring a 1ha sports centre in operation, commercial streets, parks, and community spaces. Existing facilities include an administrative centre, inter-level schools, and a medical hub.

Beyond comfort, River Park fosters a “green stream” with a 2.2ha central park, a natural landscaped canal system, and intelligently integrated green spaces, providing a refreshing living environment amid the region’s bustling industrial growth.

With transparent legal ownership and comprehensive, synchronised investment from LA Home, and with core infrastructure nearly complete, River Park offers a “stream of investment” with long-term profitability. It is emerging as an ideal settlement hub, unlocking a sustainable and prosperous future for west Ho Chi Minh City.
