The event attracted a large number of visitors eager to explore and experience the project’s modern and inspiring living spaces. It also served as a special occasion for the developer to express gratitude to customers who have placed their trust in LA Home as both a sound investment and an ideal place to live.
The inauguration of the mock-up house marks a key milestone in bringing the project to life, reaffirming the commitment of investor Prodezi Long An and developer Huong Viet Holdings to establishing a green, modern, and sustainable township at the western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City.
At the event, Prodezi Long An introduced two main home designs: standard shophouses and six-metre-wide terraced townhouses. These are the project’s flagship products, garnering strong market interest thanks to their modern design, space optimisation, flexible functionality, and strong practical usage.
The shophouse stands out with a wide, airy façade and a unique layout that separates living and commercial spaces, an ideal solution for the "live-and-work" model that adapts to real-world needs.

Meanwhile, the six-metre-wide terraced townhouse impressed buyers with its well-ventilated design, maximising natural light and airflow. Featuring spacious balconies and a flexible floor layout, it is well-suited for multi-generational families. The ground floor is designed for flexible use, allowing for business operations or leasing to enhance long-term investment value.
A key shared feature of both designs is their adherence to EDGE green building standards, which help reduce electricity and water consumption, cut operating costs, and elevate overall living quality, an advantage rarely found in other comparable market segments.
Speaking at the event, Huynh Thien Quan, CEO of Prodezi Long An, said the project's investor and developer wanted customers to experience more than just a product on paper, but to touch, see, and feel their future home, a place that combines ecological harmony, convenience, and long-term investment value.
“LA Home represents the heartfelt vision of both Prodezi Long An and Huong Viet Holdings in developing a green, modern, and sustainable urban community. We are not simply building houses, we are creating a living environment rich in value and grounded in social responsibility,” said Quan.
Thuy Duong, a potential buyer from Ho Chi Minh City, said, "I’ve visited many developments, but LA Home resonated with me in a very personal way. The living spaces here feel deeply connected to nature while still offering modern comforts. Every corner feels just right, like it could be my family's future home.
LA Home’s architecture embraces a modern style (70 per cent) with Wabi-sabi influences (30 per cent), incorporating elements of the Mekong Delta's riverine landscapes into its design, creating a seamless blend of tradition and modernity. Greenery is integrated throughout, from the entrance to the balconies, bringing a serene, nature-centric lifestyle into the heart of urban living.

The interiors feature carefully curated materials including luxurious marble, warm natural wood, and soft premium textiles, all highlighted by a thoughtfully arranged lighting system that adds refined aesthetic appeal. These elements combine to deliver a harmonious sensory experience, where modern comfort and the spirit of nature are perfectly balanced.
Located just five minutes from Ho Chi Minh City, LA Home sits along the Luong Hoa–Binh Chanh axis, benefiting from a prime riverside location with seven natural canals winding through each residential zone. The living environment resembles a resort in the city, where natural harmony, clean air, and contemporary lifestyle meet in equilibrium.
After more than a year of construction, the project has completed its infrastructure, with numerous onsite amenities already operational. These include a salt-electrolysis swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, children's playgrounds, a multipurpose sports centre, and a central operations house. All facilities have been carefully planned and executed on schedule, demonstrating a strong commitment to both quality and resident experience.
The launch of the model homes is not only a major milestone in the realisation of LA Home but also a powerful affirmation of the developer’s long-term vision and commitment. LA Home is more than just a place to live, it’s an opportunity for forward-thinking investors. It is a home worth living in, a sustainable asset, and a strategic move to ride the growth wave of Ho Chi Minh City’s western corridor.

Prodezi and Huong Viet Holdings on June 3 launched the River Park sub-area, the next key piece of the 100-hectare LA Home ecological urban area.

The LA Home eco-township and its flagship River Park subdivision have emerged as a golden location with transparent legal status, complete amenities, and a sustainable living standard in the heart of a dynamic development centre.
