Nestlé Vietnam has implemented activities as part of NESTGEN 2025 to empower the youth to gain access to knowledge, develop essential skills, and thrive towards a sustainable future.
Following the successful launch of NESTGEN 2025 in March, Nestlé Vietnam conducted a three-day virtual programme from July 15-17 to share in-depth knowledge with young people in the fields of business, communications, and technology.
As part of Nestlé Vietnam’s long-term strategy to support career development, NESTGEN 2025 presents a series of updated content focused on equipping participants with essential skills in the rapidly evolving landscape of digital technology and AI. The topics reflect current global trends and offer practical tools to help young people build strategic thinking and real-world perspectives. Thus, they become more confident to enter a fast-changing working environment in the digital era.
Over the years, Nestlé Vietnam has launched initiatives in collaboration with universities, government agencies, and professional organisations to provide students with practical knowledge and access to professional working environments. Outstanding initiatives include Nestlé Needs YOUth, Nesternship, Management Trainee, and various activities in partnership with universities.
The July edition stands out for its line up of guest speakers, including Nestlé experts and representatives from leading global organisations such as Microsoft, LinkedIn, MTN, Publicis Groupe, and Cadena Growth Partners. With insights from experienced professionals, participants gained access to in-depth knowledge and essential tools to confidently shape and grow their career paths.
In particular, there were three topics related to AI. The topic of influencer marketing decoded the power of KOLs and the growing collaboration between brands and content creators. Regarding brand building and digital marketing, young people explored strategies for building sustainable brands, emotional connections, and harnessing digital platforms. In terms of data and AI, they learned to apply data and AI in decision-making, innovation, and sustainable business development.
NESTGEN 2025 is more than just a learning platform – it is part of Nestlé’s long-term journey to nurture and develop the next generation of leaders.
In March, Nestlé Vietnam successfully launched the first series of NESTGEN 2025 content, focusing on supply chain, engineering, and sustainability. The programme attracted over 2,000 participants nationwide, reflecting the ambition and drive of young people to enhance their expertise amid the ongoing digital transformation and global integration.

Nestlé Vietnam has reaffirmed its commitment to promote gender equality and women's empowerment for the development of Vietnamese women.

As Vietnam is moving into the “era of the nation's rise,” Nestlé Vietnam is committed to accompanying the country towards a sustainable and thriving future with the latest $75 million investment in its Nestlé Tri An factory in the southern province of Dong Nai.

Nestlé Vietnam signed an MoU with the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), to implement initiatives to train, develop, and connect students following the three-house model (state, school, enterprise).
