P2 Park in Phu My Hung New Urban Area was opened on April 18 with a vibrant ceremony featuring traditional lion and dragon dances, folk games, a flyboard performance, photo exhibitions, musical acts, and a spectacular LED kite festival.

The event marked a key grassroots-level achievement by the management board for investment and construction of the area, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025).
Located on Tran Van Tra street in Phu My Hung New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City, P2 Park spans approximately eight hectares. It includes a range of facilities such as a community centre with an exhibition space, administrative offices, green areas, children’s playgrounds, rest pavilions, and landscaped ponds, surrounded by a diverse selection of plants and trees.
Constructed in less than two months, the park provides a new green space with multiple public amenities, catering to the recreational and outdoor needs of local residents. Its completion, in line with the approved master plan, underscores both the state management role of the South Saigon Management Board and the social responsibility of Phu My Hung’s urban developers.
The opening of P2 Park will enhance community living standards, foster intergenerational connections, and create a healthy and sustainable living environment. The project exemplifies the harmonious development between modern urban living and green spaces, reinforcing a long-term vision of sustainable urban growth and improved quality of life.

The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, is providing a financing package of $75 million to Phu My Hung Development Corporation to help sustain its property development operations after COVID-19.

Cardinal Court, the latest residential development by Phu My Hung, is promising to bring enormous benefits for its residents thanks to its prime location in one of the most bustling central business districts.

After three decades, Phu My Hung is now known by the domestic and foreign communities as a leading model urban area and a success story of the joint venture model in Vietnam, buoyed by quality living space, a humane community, and a sustainable development structure.
