RongViet Securities JSC (RongViet) on November 3 made a significant leap in its digital journey by implementing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, marking a major digital transformation initiative for the firm. This project, under the advisory and execution of KPMG in Vietnam.
Nguyen Chi Trung, a member of the Board of Directors and head of the CRM Project Steering Committee at RongViet Securities, underscored the system's importance.
“CRM is not just a tool but a critical component in our journey towards delivering superior customer experiences at every touchpoint. This collaboration sets high expectations for RongViet and KPMG in Vietnam to enhance our customer engagement through this advanced system,” he said.
Ross Macallister, managing partner and head of the Consulting department at KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia, highlighted the project's broader implications. "Our goal goes beyond streamlining procedures and technological upgrades. We are focused on fostering meaningful relationships with RongViet's customers, which is pivotal for their business success," he commented.

The CRM also provides a robust platform for Viet Dragon to manage internal information, analyse data, and develop strategies in response to market changes, bolstering the company's competitive edge.
