INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT
AND PORTAL
River Park is the second sub-area introduced following the successful debut of LA Sol.
It encompasses six practical values, meeting residential, investment, and sustainable living needs.

As real estate prices in Ho Chi Minh City remain high, capital is shifting towards western satellite urban areas, where transportation infrastructure is continuously being upgraded. This area is emerging as a new residential hub, driven by a series of multi-billion VND inter-regional infrastructure projects.

With transparent legal status and meticulous, integrated development from LA Home, River Park also taps into the “stream of opportunity” brought by key infrastructure such as Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway, Ho Chi Minh City-Trung Luong Expressway, Belt Roads 3 and 4, and DT830.
These projects are being expedited, completing a vast inter-regional transportation network that enhances connections to key economic zones.
In addition to the “settlement stream” from Ho Chi Minh City, River Park acts as a magnet for thousands of experts, engineers, and workers employed in nearby major industrial zones, especially the 400-ha Prodezi Eco-centric Industrial Park right across the street, which broke ground on technical infrastructure in March.
The first phase is expected to be completed and operational this year.
Situated in an area with affordable pricing and high growth potential, along with transparent legal frameworks and synchronised master planning from the LA Home eco-urban development, River Park is set to become a new hotspot in the investment stream of Ho Chi Minh City's western region.
Harmonious, knowledge, and prosperityRiver Park stands out with its lush green environment, neighbouring the central park that serves as the "green heart" of the entire development.
Here, residents can enjoy a peaceful lifestyle amid greenery, with direct access to a network of natural canals and waterside landscapes, forming a continuous “green stream” throughout the sub-area.
Supporting a balanced and active lifestyle, the area also offers a 1-ha multi-purpose sports centre, a commercial street with natural stone walking paths inspired by flowing water, canal-side promenades, and inner parks, all designed to help residents improve physical fitness and rejuvenate mentally each day.

Another notable advantage is the integrated international-standard school system within River Park, providing children with access to comprehensive education close to home. This forms a continuous “stream of knowledge” where every generation of residents thrives in a civilised and connected community.
Located in the heart of an integrated eco-industrial urban complex, on fertile land with harmonious water flow, River Park possesses sustainable profit potential and is expected to deliver a “stream of prosperity” to both residents and investors.
As of now, the technical infrastructure of the LA Home eco-urban area has been completed across the entire project.
The first sub-area, LA Sol, began residential construction in May, marking a significant milestone in realising the vision of a model ecological urban development. Building on the success of LA Sol, River Park is considered a strategic addition to LA Home, further reinforcing its position in the western Ho Chi Minh City real estate market.

On October 23, Prodezi and Huong Viet signed a MoU with Chitose Group and TA Vital on collaboration in providing wastewater treatment solutions for Prodezi Ecological Industrial Park (eco-IP).

As the Mekong Delta’s first and largest eco-industrial park, Prodezi is committed to sustainability with a focus on renewable energy, water recycling, green construction and warehousing, and facilitating a circular economy.

With its large-scale appeal to both domestic and international investors, the groundbreaking ceremony for technical infrastructure at Prodezi Eco-Industrial Park (Prodezi EIP) marks one of the most significant economic events in the Mekong Delta province of Long An so far this year.
