Xuan Que Industrial Park JSC has signed a conceptual master planning contract with Nikken Sekkei Vietnam to develop a modern, green, and smart industrial park aligned with Vietnam’s net-zero 2050 goals.

The signing ceremony took place on July 9 in Ho Chi Minh City, and was attended by Hoang Trong Hoan, chairman of Xuan Que Industrial Park JSC, and Kato Jun, senior leader at Nikken Vietnam.
The event marked the first step in the investor’s sustainable development strategy, which envisions the creation of an integrated economic-industrial ecosystem in the southern province of Dong Nai.
Benefiting from a strategic location in Vietnam’s southern key economic region, the first phase of the Xuan Que-Song Nhan IP is set to be developed as a modern, green, and smart IP, incorporating a large-scale logistics centre.
The master plan will feature synchronous technical infrastructure, rooftop renewable energy systems, energy storage solutions, smart energy management, and advanced wastewater and waste treatment technologies.
Green spaces will be prioritised, with resource optimisation solutions applied to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and enhance the park’s environmental sustainability.
In addition, the plan includes supporting functional areas, such as accommodation for experts and workers, multi-level schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and other essential amenities designed for the park's workforce and professional community.
The project is aligned with the eco-industrial park criteria defined by the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) in 2021, and supports Vietnam’s commitment to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
